Family Workshop:

How are parents and athletes getting educated on the college athletic and academic process? This is currently one of the biggest gaps in our athletic system today. What do student-athletes really need to know? We’ll give you the complete rundown from what do college coaches look for to the entire academic and athletic search & selection process.

 

Presenters:

Ryan Raftery’s expertise in all facets of student-athlete’s development is second to none. During his time a public school Athletic Administrator he was vital in the development of educational programs to help advance the collegiate search and selection process for thousands of student-athletes. Coach Raftery additional administrative roles have included service on the Executive Board of Premier Professional Basketball League, General Manager of the Rochester Razor Sharks Professional Basketball Team, Executive Board of the Basketball Coaches Association of New York, Section V Executive Basketball Committee, Section V Sportsmanship Executive Committee, MCPSAA League Chairmen and Executive Board to the NYS Umpires Association.
